Dan Macbride is a Western Australian photographer and videographer renowned for his unique ability to blend conceptual artistry with journalistic storytelling. With a rich foundation built under the mentorship of esteemed photographers such as Kevin Ballantine, Max Pam, and Duncan Barnes at Edith Cowan University, Dan has honed his craft to a fine art. His storytelling skills were further refined through studies with acclaimed photojournalist Philip Blenkinsop. Additionally, having worked under Phil England and Luke Carter Wilton helped him further hone his studio craft, enhancing his technical skills and creative vision.
Over the years, Dan has collaborated with a variety of clients, leveraging his diverse commercial experience to bring creative visions to life while maintaining journalistic integrity. His highly collaborative approach allows him to engage deeply with subjects, uncovering fresh perspectives and weaving meaningful narratives that resonate with audiences.
